Legal basis
UK GDPR allows this processing because it is necessary to take steps at your request before a possible instruction, and because we have a legitimate interest in responding to people who write to us.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as we need it to handle the matter, and for a reasonable period afterwards should you return to it. We then delete it.
Sharing
We share personal information only where we must — for example with professional advisers if a transaction proceeds, with a service that delivers this website, or if the law requires it.

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Only what is required to serve the pages is used.
